Board of Trustees and Committee meetings are conducted via video conference or in person, as indicated on the meeting schedules.
SPECIAL MEETING: The Board of Trustees will convene for a Special Meeting at 9 a.m. on Friday, September 25, 2026. The meeting will be held via WebEx.
Video Conference
For meetings conducted via video conference, the public will be provided with a link to register to view the open sessions via WebEx. Each meeting link, as well as the meeting agenda, will be posted below under the individually titled meetings.
Members of the public who wish to access the video conference on site may contact the Maryland State Retirement Agency at 410-625-5609 no later than 24 hours before the meeting to make alternative arrangements for access.
In Person
For meetings conducted in person, participants will have the option of convening in the Retirement Agency’s Baltimore offices or attending via video conference. Each meeting link, as well as the meeting agenda, will be posted below under the individually titled meetings.
General Meeting Information
Portions of any Board of Trustees or Committee meeting may be held in closed session, at which time access to the videoconference will be unavailable.
Documents discussed during the open session meeting may be requested via a public records request. Instructions are provided.
