mySRPS Rollout Schedule
As of March 16th, we have paused the rollout of mySRPS. We’re doing this to comply with the Governor’s Executive Order on the Coronavirus.
We’ll post updates on this page as soon as we have them.

Top 3 things to know about this schedule:
- We’re rolling out mySRPS in phases or “Waves.” We can’t roll out mySRPS to 200,000 active participants all at once. We have to start slowly and monitor how it’s going. We’ll pick up speed once we’re sure we can handle the demand. We started on February 10th, and we think it will take us about 4 months to get to all of our Active participants. Then we’ll start with Retirees and other Payees – probably in late spring
- There’s a reason it’s in this order. We looked at the number of Active participants working for each employer, and figured out what we think is a safe speed for rolling things out. We came up with 11 separate rollout Waves. Each Wave will take at least a week – maybe more. Doing it this way helps us make sure that when it’s your turn, everything is working.
- It’s probably going to change. We’ll be monitoring the rollout every day. We may speed up or slow down depending on how things are going. As soon as we know for sure when a Wave will start, we’ll put the date on the schedule spreadsheet. So check back here as often as you’d like.
