Meeting Schedule

SPECIAL NOTICE:  Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, all Board of Trustees and Committee meetings will be conducted entirely via teleconference. There will be no public access to the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System, SunTrust Building, 120 East Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD 21201. Board and Committee members, presenters and staff will participate via conference call. Members of the public will be able to access the open session meeting in real time via a live audio stream link. The agenda to any upcoming meeting can be accessed below under the individually titled meetings. Portions of any Board of Trustees or Committee meeting may be held in closed session, at which time the real time live audio stream will be unavailable for public access.   

Board of Trustees

The full Board meets at 9:30 a.m., the third Tuesday of each month except in the months of February, May, September and November, when it meets immediately following the Investment Committee meeting. (See schedule below for dates) Latest meeting agenda

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees is scheduled to be held, via Microsoft Teams, on Monday, May 10, 2021 beginning at 8:30 a.m. in CLOSED SESSION for the purpose of conducting candidate interviews for the Executive Director position.  

*The February, May, September and November BOT meetings will begin immediately following the Investment Committee meeting.
**The BOT Education Session will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021.
***The November Audit Committee Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, due to the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report deadline.
