Advisory Committee

The Optional Retirement Program (ORP) Advisory Committee was established in July 2004 to act as liaison between the Board of Trustees of the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System and the employing institutions. This structure allows the employing institutions to have input in how the ORP is administered, and in how the program can be enhanced. The Advisory Committee also provides an efficient means by which information is communicated to the employing institutions.

Members

The committee is made up of four people representing the University System of Maryland, Morgan State University, St. Mary’s College and the Community Colleges.
